Personal loan -Referrer will receive upto Rs.2000 as part of salary within 90 days from disbursement of the loan basis the grid below. Referrer can refer any number of friends and family members. The referee must pay at least 2 EMIs for the referrer to get this benefit.

Loan Amount: Rs 2lacs to 5 lacs - Referral Amount: Rs.1000

Loan Amount: > Rs.5 lacs - Referral Amount: Rs.2000

General Terms and Conditions

• The Bank reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or discontinue the referral program at its discretion

• The referral scheme would be applicable on only Personal loan by ESFB bank

• This Referrer will not be eligible for Reward when the Referrer refers oneself.

• All loans issued shall be at the sole discretion of ESFB.

• Equitas Small Finance Bank has legitimate expectations from the Referrer (s) that the details so provided of Referred Applicant (s) have been provided post seeking and receiving unequivocal consent from the respective Referred Applicants. The Referrer (s) shall be solely responsible in case any dispute arises with regard to sharing of such details of Referred Applicants

• Further Referrer shall not be entitled to the Reward under the Programme, if the details provided, of Referee are found to be incomplete or incorrect or invalid.

• Payouts to the referrer will only be given post successful disbursal of a loan or activation of credit card to the referee in the payroll as per the payroll cut-off timelines subject to referral criteria getting met

Other criteria

1. Applicability for referring co-workers/ candidates

The policy applies only to referring external customers (friends, family, or acquaintances) who are not existing employees of the bank. Employees cannot refer co-worker for personal loans.

2. Maximum Grade eligibility:

The referral policy is open to all permanent employees from EB01 up to EB06 or equivalent contractual employees

3. Tax Implications (including for rewards points)

Payout paid to employees will be subject to tax deduction as per income tax regulation.

4. Departments not eligible:

Employees part of personal loans and credit cards business unit, audit, risk, HR and compliance will not be eligible to avail this benefit.

5. Eligibility for SNP (Serving Notice Period) employees:

Employees serving notice period cannot refer under this policy. If any employee has referred during his service and has subsequently resigned will be eligible to get the payout.
